Stretch marks are badges of transition, but when you want to hide them, how can you get rid of them or at least make sure they are fade? There is no cure-all, but there are many things you can do. Natural ones, too!
1. Rub egg-whites in your belly. Time to get icky, eh? Hopefully it will be worth it. The protein in egg-whites is purported to become super great for your skin and stretchmarks in particular. Rub around the stuff 3 times each day for maximum fading.
2.Get the spud on with potatoes. If you’ve been laying off the carbs, there’s a new reason to include potatoes to your grocery list. The juices are full of vitamins and minerals that help restore skin cells. So while you are preparing some rosemary potatoes for your family, steal one and literally rub it over your stretch marks. Juuust hope no one catches you or you’ll have some ‘splainin’ to complete. To obtain specific, reduce your potato into thick slices. Rub the pieces over your stretchmarks, ensuring your slice is juicy. Allow it to dry after which wash the residue off with warm water.
3.Use olive oil. It’s high in E vitamin, that is ideal for your skin. If you’d like to ensure that it stays for tonight’s stir-fry, you can also use upright e vitamin oil — the stuff infused with lavender, jasmine, and rosemary if you want. As long as it features a high power of Vitamin E, you’re good to go.

4.Use sugar. You’ve read wikiHow’s Steps to make a Sugar Scrub, right? Just a little sugar, oil, and lemon juice is a great exfoliant for shaving and just what else? Yep, stretchmarks, too. And you will smell great, too! White sugar works best and almond oil is nice, too. When you rub it in, take a minute — or ten — to take pleasure in your sugary goodness. Consider it an excuse for a long shower!
Part 2 of 2: Using Lotions and Juices
1.For new stretch marks, use tretinoin cream. This cream works wonders in your body’s collagen-rebuilding skills when the stretch marks are completely new. The only caveat? Don’t use it when you’re pregnant. There could be harmful effects on the fetus — the jury continues to be undecided.
2.Be wary of lotions and creams marketed like a stretch mark-removing miracle. It is simply not true. Although some people could get good results, it’s only with utter diligence, the truth that your skin is hydrated, and quite frankly, sheer luck and lucky genetics. So prior to going shoveling out your pocketbook, reconsider. If it has retin-A or glycolic acid, you may want to talk to your physician. They may be harmful; it is best to check with your physician prior to using any over-the-counter solution. You certainly don’t want to cope with an epidermis allergy or skin tones!
3.Lounge in lemon juice. Surely you’ve probably heard of lemon juice lessening freckles, and it’s the same principle: fresh lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. Because of that, it can benefit stretch marks fade faster. Rub in the juices to the affected area and let it dry for around Ten minutes before rinsing off. Make sure to do that several times each day for any noticeable effect.
4.Use shea or cocoa butter. Both of these items are super hydrating and can bolster skin regeneration and smoothness. If used a few times each day, stretch marks may begin fading. Also it might be able to prevent new ones from forming!
Really, any lotion is good for your skin as well as your stretch marks. The more hydrated your skin is, the better it’ll look and feel.
